At EarthO, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. While we take the utmost care in packing and shipping your products, we understand that issues may sometimes occur. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged, leaked, or defective from our end.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@eartho.in with pictures of the damaged product and package.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Verification Process
  • Before shipping, we take pictures of every order as proof of the product’s condition.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will check and verify the returned item against the pictures taken before dispatch.
  • If the product matches the damage claim, we will approve your refund.
3. Refund Timeline
  • After approval, we initiate the refund within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products returned for reasons other than damage/defect (such as change of mind, dislike, etc.) will not be eligible for return or refund.
